Elena Tselepi, the founder of Ability Connect and her team have a unique personalised approach to support coordination due to their experience of living with and assisting loved ones with disabilities. Elena founded the company after working as a highly established injury and disability support specialist for 17 years, when a close family member was diagnosed with Autism and she experienced a frustrating lack of support from a client’s perspective. Through personal experience and years of expertise, the Ability Connect team understand firsthand what the challenges and barriers are, and they have developed solutions and strategies to support you every step of the way.
