Meet Ability Action Australia
Ability Action Australia began as a provider of allied health services to the NDIS in early 2020. They help people of all ages with what they need to improve their access, development and independence, and support them to improve their overall health, wellbeing and function.
They are focused on the positive abilities of every person they support, and are about action – getting the support that people need, when they need it.
Their growing national team of dedicated clinicians is proud to represent a responsive, respectful, empowering provider that connects participants to services and supports people to get more out of life today.
Discover the Benefits
“Multidisciplinary care is when a team of health professionals with different skills collaborate to support as many of your needs as possible. This care can be delivered under one organisational umbrella, or by professionals from a range of different organisations.”
One of the ways in which Ability Action Australia take some of the pressure off NDIS participants and their families is through their multidisciplinary team approach, allowing participants to access a variety of services through one single provider.
In addition to simplifying the entire NDIS experience, which means that you don’t have to be caught in an endless loop of paperwork, this approach also achieves better outcomes for you and your loved one. A multidisciplinary team-based service is especially important for people with complex needs that require multiple interventions.
The Ability Action Australia team can provide many types of supports all covered by one single service agreement and a simplified process. Both participants and Ability Action Australia clinicians have reported better outcomes from a multidisciplinary team-based approach.
